PhilFCT

The Philippine Food Composition Tables Online Database (PhilFCT®) is the unique identifying name of country’s web-based nutrition tool which provides accessible and detailed information on the nutritional composition of about 1500 commonly consumed foods in the country.

It is used as a basis in dietary intake assessments, nutritional research and nutritional epidemiology. It is also used for agricultural research, food formulation and assessing food biodiversity and food security.

Data for proximates, other carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and lipids for over 1500 food items
Photo images of food items as additional document of verification
Food items easily searchable using English, Filipino, scientific, or other alternate names, whichever is known to the user
Downloadable and printable individual Food Report with Photo Document
Other relevant FCT-related information such as history of Philippine FCT and nutrient information
